Scope
This regulation stipulates the general requirements, inspection items, conclusions, and reports for the regular inspection of non-metallic tanks (hereinafter referred to as "tanks") of road transport vehicles for liquid dangerous goods. This regulation applies to the regular inspection of non-metallic tanks that transport liquid dangerous goods, operate under a working pressure of less than 0.1 MPa, and are made of polyethylene plastic, polyvinyl chloride plastic, polypropylene plastic, or fiberglass reinforced plastic, and are permanently connected to standard automobile chassis or semi-trailer frames. This regulation does not apply to tanks with vacuum insulation structures, tanks used for military equipment with special requirements, tanks with a volume greater than 20 m3, and tanks used to transport flammable, explosive, and highly toxic substances.
