Scope
This standard specifies two test methods for the oxygen permeability of multi-layer composite plastic pipes (hereinafter referred to as pipes): the dynamic method (Method I, an arbitration method) and the static method (Method II). This standard applies to multi-layer composite plastic pipes for cold and hot water transmission. The oxygen permeability test of single-layer plastic pipes can refer to this standard. Note: In principle, the conclusions obtained by the two methods are the same.
