Scope
This part of GB/T 20159 is used to explain the relationship and conversion guidelines between the environmental condition classification in GB/T 4798.2 and the environmental tests in GB/T 2423.
The environment can include many environmental conditions, such as mechanical, climatic, biological, and effects based on other chemical and mechanical active substances. In this part, only mechanical and climatic conditions are considered.
The purpose of this part is to provide guidelines for standard setters and a set of tables that are easy to apply, which facilitate the correlation and conversion of these conditions.
