Scope
This document stipulates the environmental hygiene requirements for the peacetime use of civil air defense works.
This document applies to civil air defense works whose peacetime functions include accommodation, commerce (including shopping malls/supermarkets, catering services, etc.), and entertainment (including performances, screenings, dance and singing entertainment, and swimming), etc. For other peacetime uses, refer to the relevant hygiene standards for public places in China for implementation.
