Scope
This part of GB 31251 applies to resistance welding and similar processes using equipment with an input voltage not exceeding a maximum AC effective value of 1,000 V. This part does not specify safety requirements.
Resistance welding equipment that meets the requirements of this part shall be considered to meet the application requirements.
The frequency range is from 0 Hz to 400 GHz.
The electromagnetic compatibility requirements for resistance welding equipment in this part are no lower than those of other general standards, so there is no need to add additional electromagnetic compatibility test items.
