GB/T 28559-2025 Supercritical and ultra-supercritical turbine—Blades
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the general requirements for static and dynamic blades of supercritical and ultra-supercritical steam turbines, including material and manufacturing requirements, and describes the corresponding test methods. It also stipulates requirements for packaging and marking. This document applies to the manufacture of static and dynamic blades for supercritical and ultra-supercritical steam turbines. The manufacture of static and dynamic blades for turbines with other parameters shall be implemented in accordance with this document. Note 1: A supercritical steam turbine refers to a turbine with steam parameters exceeding the critical point pressure and temperature of water (the critical point temperature of water is 374.15 °C, and the critical point pressure is 22.129 MPa). Note 2: An ultra-supercritical steam turbine refers to a turbine with steam parameters higher than conventional supercritical parameters (24.2 MPa/566 °C/566 °C), where the new steam temperature or/and reheated steam temperature is greater than or equal to 580 °C, or/and the new steam pressure is greater than or equal to 28 MPa.
