Scope

This standard specifies the component selection, system design, equipment composition, equipment layout and installation, and automation control of seawater desalination pretreatment membrane systems.
This standard is applicable to the design of pressure-driven membrane filtration seawater desalination pretreatment systems represented by ultra- (micro-) filtration membranes. The design of ultra- (micro-) filtration membrane systems used in other water treatment projects can be used for reference.
