DB31/T 763-2013 Specification for hydrologic observation and data processing of tidal river reaches and coastal waters
DB31/T 763-2013 Specification for hydrologic observation and data processing of tidal river reaches and coastal waters
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the principles, methods, and requirements for the deployment of stations (points), test arrangements, station verification, tidal water level observation, tidal flow testing, tidal current observation, sediment testing, tidal current field observation, and data compilation in hydrological basic observation and hydrological surveys for river, lake, reservoir, canal, estuary, and near-shore areas affected by tides, as well as other related water bodies affected by tides.
This standard applies to the technical implementation and quality management of hydrological basic observation and surveys, and also to the hydrological prototype observation required for the planning and construction of water-related projects in estuaries or coastal areas. This standard can be used as a reference for hydrological monitoring in other regions or under similar tidal conditions.
This standard provides a basis for the technical implementation, quality management, and planning of hydrological monitoring tasks in the hydrology industry and other sectors in this region. It can also be used as a reference for related hydrological observations in the transportation, marine, environmental protection, and fishery industries.
Within the scope of application specified in this standard, if there are inconsistencies with the provisions of general hydrological technical standards, the provisions of this standard shall prevail; outside the scope of application specified in this standard, this standard does not replace the general hydrological technical standards.
