Scope

This part of YS/T 34 specifies the determination method for the content of metal impurities in high-purity arsenic, using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to determine the content of 14 impurities, including magnesium, chromium, nickel, copper, zinc, silver, antimony, lead, bismuth, sodium, potassium, aluminum, calcium, and iron, in arsenic.
This part is applicable to the determination of the content of metal impurities in high-purity arsenic with a purity of 99.999% to 99.99999%. The determination range is 1×10-7% to 1 000×10-7%.
