Cultivation seed can only be used for cultivation and cannot be used for further seed expansion. Also known as third-generation seed. 4. Master Seed Production 4.1 Production Conditions The production site, plant layout, and equipment must comply with the requirements of NY/T 528 and NY/T 2375. 4.2 Selection of Stropharia rugosoannulata Master Seed Master seed should be purchased from qualified units and transported at ≤4°C. The seed should be inoculated as soon as possible after receipt. The variety and quality of the seed source must meet the requirements of NY/T 528. 4.3 Selection of Cultivation Seed Production Time In Ningxia, the suitable sowing time in sunlit greenhouses is from October to April. Cultivation seed should be produced 25–20 days in advance of the sowing time. 4.4 Cultivation Seed Substrate Formulation and Pre-treatment Methods 50% rice husk, 40% corn cob (crushed to 0.5–3 cm in size), 9.0% wheat bran, and 1.0% gypsum.
