Scope
This document identifies and lists the components required for users to model enterprises according to ISO 19439.
This document is applicable to (but not limited to) engineering and the integration of manufacturing and related services in enterprises. These components allow the description of the structure and functions of enterprises, so that they can be configured or implemented in different application domains. This document specifies an implementation framework in Chapter 6 for mapping model components to such domains.
