Scope

This standard specifies the functions that power system synchronous phasor measurement devices should be able to perform in power plants and substations, in addition to the functions stipulated in DL/T 280. This standard applies to power plants and substations that have already installed synchronous phasor measurement devices and need to locally monitor disturbance processes such as low-frequency oscillations.
