This standard is applicable to the determination of the electrolytic corrosion performance of insulating materials under the influence of electrical stress, high humidity, and high temperature when they come into contact with metals.
One of the tests used to evaluate the degree of electrolytic corrosion is conducted through two consecutive methods of testing.
