Scope

Scope: This document specifies the definitions and terminology, raw material requirements, production processes, quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling, transportation, and storage for the production of dried daylilies (hereinafter referred to as "dried daylilies") under the brand name "Xiangjiangyuan". This document is applicable to the production of dried daylilies. Main technical content: (1) This document specifies the definitions and terminology, raw material requirements, production processes, quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling, transportation, and storage for the production of dried daylilies under the brand name "Xiangjiangyuan". (2) This document references the relevant provisions of DB43/253 "Shaodong Daylilies", T/NTJGXH005 "Technical Regulations for the Processing of Hot-Air Dried Daylilies", and DB4116T017 "Technical Regulations for the Processing of Dried Daylilies". Based on these standards, the production process and parameters for dried daylilies have been established. To highlight the high standard requirements of the "Xiangjiangyuan" brand for product quality, the sensory quality indicators in this standard are set in accordance with the requirements for first-grade products in DB43/253, and the physical and chemical indicators are set in accordance with DB43/253. The quality and safety indicators are formulated in accordance with the relevant requirements of GB 2762 "National Food Safety Standards - Limits of Contaminants in Food" and GB 2763 "National Food Safety Standards - Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides in Food". Additionally, considering the widespread problem of sulfur fumigation during the drying process of daylilies, this standard includes requirements for the residual amount of sulfur dioxide, with the limit values set in accordance with DB43/253.
