Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for data transmission and exchange interfaces between the processing system and the receiving system, the monitoring and control system, and the users in the ground system of land observation satellites. This standard is applicable to data transmission and exchange in the ground system of land observation satellites (hereinafter referred to as the satellite ground system), and other remote sensing satellite ground systems can also refer to and use it.
