Scope

This part of GB/T 18029 specifies the test method for the static tipping stability of wheelchairs (including electric mobility scooters).
This part is applicable to wheelchairs and transport vehicles used for indoor and outdoor mobility, which are included in categories 12 and 21 of GB/T 16432 (with a user weight not exceeding the maximum weight of the test dummy given in GB/T 18029.11).
