Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements and corresponding test methods, inspection rules, etc. for key switches used in household appliances and similar applications.
This standard applies to mechanical key switches (hereinafter referred to as "switches") that are operated by humans through actuating parts and used in household appliances and similar applications. The rated voltage of the switches should not exceed 250 V, and the rated current should not exceed 10 A. The switches should be used in indoor and similar environments with a temperature range of -10℃ to 55℃, free from corrosive and explosive gases, and conductive dust.
