本文件规定了建筑结构用钢板的牌号表示方法、订货内容、尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志及质量证明书。本文件适用于制造建筑结构、大跨度结构及其他钢结构用厚度6 mm～200 mm高性能热轧钢板（以下简称钢板)。热轧钢带亦可参照本文件执行。
