Scope
This document specifies the security technical requirements for Signaling System No. 7 (SS7) and Diameter signaling protocols between mobile communication network operators in China and abroad, including security architecture, functions, and security management. This document is applicable to the formulation of security protection requirements for inter-operator signaling in LTE/TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/GSM mobile communication networks.
