GB/T 24430-2023 Test method for bunk bed structure safety

Scope

This document describes the conditions, equipment, steps, and test reports for the safety testing of bunk beds.
This document is applicable to fully installed beds with a bed surface height above the ground of ≥600 mm.
The loads and forces specified in the strength and durability tests in this document are applicable to beds with an internal length greater than 1,400 mm and a width less than or equal to 1,200 mm.
This document is not applicable to furniture (such as cabinet frames, tables, chairs, etc.) located below the bed surface with a height above the ground of ≥600 mm.
