Scope
This standard specifies the geometric accuracy inspection, processing inspection, and NC axis positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy inspection of rapid prototyping machines (hereinafter referred to as "machines") in accordance with GB/T 17421.1-1998 and GB/T 17421.2-2000. This standard also stipulates the corresponding allowable deviation values for the above-mentioned inspections. This standard only involves the inspection of machine accuracy and is not suitable for machine operation tests (vibration, abnormal noise, etc.) or the inspection of its parameters (such as speed, feed rate, etc.), which should generally be carried out before the accuracy inspection. This standard specifies the terms used for the main components of the machine and refers to GB/T 19660-2005 for the naming of coordinate axes.
