Scope

本标准规定了稀土金属及其化合物中稀土总量的测定方法。
本标准适用于稀土金属及其化合物中稀土总量的测定。本标准共包含两个方法：方法1草酸盐重量法，方法2 EDTA滴定法。方法1适用于单一和混合稀土金属及其化合物中稀土总量的测定，测定范围见表1；不适用于以铒、铥、镱、镥为主体或钍、铅含量各大于0.1%的单一和混合稀土金属及其化合物中稀土总量的测定。方法2适用于单一稀土金属和以重稀土钬、铒、铥、镱、镥为主体的混合稀土金属及其化合物中稀土总量的测定，测定范围见表2；不适用于单一稀土相对纯度小于99.5%，其他杂质元素含量大于0.5%的单一稀土金属及其化合物中稀土总量的测定；不适用于钍、钪、锌含量各大于0.1%的物料中稀土总量的测定。
