Scope

This standard specifies the measurement methods for the noise sound pressure level and sound power level at the operator's position of industrial vehicles (including off-road vehicles).
The type test specified in this standard applies to all industrial vehicles listed in Table A.1.
The test results measured according to this standard can also be used to assess the harmfulness of the noise emitted by industrial vehicles.
