This document specifies the classification and composition, functional requirements, performance requirements, and testing methods of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) location reporting/short message type terminals. This document is applicable to the design, development, production, and testing of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) location reporting/short message type terminals (hereinafter referred to as user terminals). User terminals that only support Beidou RDSS should refer to and implement this document accordingly.
