DB32/T 4640-2024 Gas industrial boiler energy-saving monitoring specifications

Scope

This document specifies the monitoring items, monitoring methods, calculation methods, and evaluation indicators for energy-saving monitoring of gas-fired industrial boilers.
This document is applicable to fixed boilers fueled by natural gas and using water or organic heat carriers as the medium, including:
a) Steam boilers with a rated steam pressure of ≥0.1 MPa and <3.8 MPa;
b) Hot water boilers with a rated outlet pressure of ≥0.1 MPa and a rated power of ≥0.1 MW;
c) Organic heat carrier boilers with a rated medium outlet pressure of ≥0.1 MPa.
Boilers with a rated steam pressure of ≥3.8 MPa and a rated steam temperature of <450 ℃ can be used as reference.
