Scope: This standard specifies the geographical scope of production, requirements, experimental methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for high-quality agricultural products of wild lingzhen mushrooms in Xiaoxing'anling, Heilongjiang Province. This standard applies to a series of high-quality agricultural products of wild lingzhen mushrooms in Xiaoxing'anling, Heilongjiang Province, including those collected, cleaned of impurities, dried, processed, and packaged in bulk and standardized dried products. Main technical content: 5 requirements 5.1 Sensory indicators 5.1.1 Sensory indicators of fresh products shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
