Scope

This standard specifies the general principles of vector monitoring and control in emergency situations.
This standard applies to emergency monitoring and control coordination agencies for vector organisms and professional technical departments of disease prevention and control, for the emergency monitoring and control of vector organisms when emergencies occur, outbreaks of vector-borne infectious diseases, the emergence of newly introduced vector-borne infectious diseases, the introduction of important vector organisms that have not yet been discovered in China, or certain emergency situations.
