Scope

This part of GB/T 20819 applies to pneumatic and electric industrial process regulators with analog signals that comply with GB/T 3369.1 and GB/T 3369.2. The test principles specified in this part of GB/T 20819 are also suitable for regulators with other continuous signals.
This part is applicable to the inspection and routine testing of regulators, such as acceptance tests and tests after repair, and provides technical guidance. For full-performance tests, the provisions of GB/T 20819.1—2015 should be adopted. The quantitative requirements for the performance of acceptance should be determined through consultation between the manufacturer and the user. The requirements of this part shall take effect upon the consent of the manufacturer and the user.
