Scope
This part of GB/T 3452 specifies the terms and definitions, types, symbols, structural forms, installation positions, materials, dimensions and tolerances, and markings of the anti-extrusion rings (retaining rings) for O-ring seals used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
This part applies to the anti-extrusion rings for O-rings specified in GB/T 3452.1, the anti-extrusion rings for groove piston and piston rod dynamic sealing O-rings specified in GB/T 3452.3—2005, and the anti-extrusion rings for radial static sealing O-rings (hereinafter referred to as retaining rings).
