GB/T 6495.9-2006 Photovoltaic devices—Part 9:Solar simulator performance requirements
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 6495 specifies the requirements for solar simulators, which are used in indoor testing of non-concentrating ground-mounted flat-panel photovoltaic devices in conjunction with a standard device whose spectral characteristics match those of the tested sample. The output of solar cells is highly dependent on the spectral distribution of incident light. To reduce testing errors, this part specifies in detail the acceptable matching values of the solar simulator's spectral distribution to the standard spectral irradiance distribution. However, it should be noted that the magnitude of the error is also influenced by the spectral response mismatch between the standard cell and the tested sample. This part is applicable to both pulse simulators and steady-state simulators.
