Scope

This standard specifies the classification and marking of absorption heat exchangers, general requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This standard applies to water-water absorption heat exchangers with a maximum operating temperature of not more than 150 ℃ and a maximum operating pressure of not more than 2.5 MPa, used in fields such as low-grade waste heat recovery or centralized heating.
