Scope
This document stipulates the control of pollutant emissions, pollutant monitoring, and implementation and supervision requirements for large-scale livestock and poultry farming units in Sichuan Province. This document applies to the management of pollutant emissions from large-scale livestock and poultry farming units in Sichuan Province, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects for large-scale livestock and poultry farming units, the design of environmental protection facilities, the acceptance of completed environmental protection facilities, the issuance of pollutant discharge permits, and the management of pollutant emissions after their commissioning. The control limits for water pollutants in this document do not apply to the water quality control requirements for the utilization of livestock and poultry farming wastewater resources.
