Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for convolutional codes, RS codes, Turbo codes, LDPC codes, interleaving, and pseudo-randomization involved in telemetry synchronization and channel coding in spatial data and information transmission systems.
This standard applies to the interface design of channel coding between air-to-ground links and air-to-air links. It can be used in conjunction with GB/T 39351 or GB/T 39345.
