Scope

This document stipulates the safety management norms for the in-service hazardous chemicals (low pressure) storage tanks and their ancillary facilities in the tank area, including general requirements, daily management, safety inspections, inspection and testing, hidden danger rectification, decommissioning, scrapping, and demolition. This document is applicable to the safety management of cylindrical steel welded storage tanks used for storing hazardous chemicals in the tank area, with a design pressure of less than 0.1 MPa and greater than -0.02 MPa.
