Scope
This document stipulates the safety requirements for special operations such as fire-related operations, confined space operations, blind plate removal and installation operations, high-altitude operations, lifting operations, temporary electrical operations, earthwork operations, and circuit disconnection operations in hazardous chemical enterprises.
This document is applicable to hazardous chemical production and operation (with storage) enterprises, as well as chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "hazardous chemical enterprises").
