Scope

This standard specifies the double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method and the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction method for the detection of lily latent virus (see Appendix A). This standard is applicable to the detection of living plant materials that may carry the lily latent virus, including asexual reproduction materials, tissue culture seedlings, seeds, and plants, etc.
