Scope
This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for industrial methyl acrylate. This document is applicable to industrial methyl acrylate obtained by the esterification reaction of acrylic acid and methanol. Note: The molecular formula of methyl acrylate is C4H6O2, and its structural formula is as follows. Its relative molecular mass is 86.09 (based on the 2022 International Relative Atomic Mass).
