Scope
This document describes the method of testing the color, impurities, micronaire value, length, and length uniformity index, breaking strength, and elongation at break of cotton fibers using a high-capacity fiber tester.
This document is applicable to the testing of the physical properties of fine-staple cotton and long-staple cotton processed by rollers or sawtooth machines.
