Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates, and order forms (or contracts) for high-titanium slag.
This standard applies to high-titanium slag produced by electric furnace smelting using ilmenite as the raw material, which is used in the production of titanium tetrachloride, synthetic rutile, and titanium dioxide powder.
