Scope

This part of GB/T 24679 specifies the test methods for backpack sprayers used with plant protection products (chemical solutions) and carried on the operator's back or shoulder, as specified in ISO 199321. This part is applicable to lever-operated backpack sprayers, compression sprayers, and sprayers driven by engines or motors used in agriculture and horticulture, where the spray droplets are in the form of a mist and the rated volume of the chemical solution tank is greater than 3 L. This part is not applicable to backpack sprayers specified in ISO 28139.
