Scope
Main technical content: The raw materials required for Shatian rice should meet the requirements of GB 1350. The sensory indicators should comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Sensory Indicator Items Indicators Shape: The rice grains should be clean and full, with a long and round shape and slightly flattened. Color: The rice grains should be milky white, transparent or semi-transparent, and have a bright color. Odor: The odor should be natural and fresh, with a pure and rich fragrance of rice. Quality indicators should comply with the provisions of Table 2.
