GB/T 43248-2023 Electric and hybrid electric road vehicles—Radio disturbance characteristics—Limits and methods of measurement for the protection of off-board receivers below 30 MHz
Basic Information
Scope
The measurement distance limit and measurement methods specified in this document are used to protect outdoor receivers (at a distance of 10 m) used in living environments within the frequency range of 150 kHz to 30 MHz.
Note: Protection for vehicle-mounted receivers is covered in CISPR 25.
This document applies to electromagnetic emission sources that may cause interference with radio receivers. Such emission sources include: electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles traveling on roads powered by an internal rechargeable energy storage system (with a voltage higher than 60V) (see 3.2 and 3.3).
This document does not apply to electric vehicles specified in the scope of CISPR 141.
This document only applies to road vehicles powered by electricity and traveling at a continuous speed of more than 6 km/h.
This document does not apply to vehicles that only use electric motors to start internal combustion engines (such as mild hybrid vehicles) and vehicles that only provide additional drive power from electric motors during acceleration (such as 48 V moderate hybrid vehicles).
The radiation emission requirements specified in this document do not apply to the intentional emissions and spurious emissions of radio transmitters defined by the International Telecommunication Union's Radiocommunication Sector (ITU-R).
