Scope

This document provides a set of zero-receipt sampling systems and procedures for planning and implementing the assessment of product quality and its compliance with specified requirements.
Additionally, this document also stipulates the requirements that must be met when the supplier proposes alternative acceptance methods. Alternative acceptance methods are based on establishing and implementing an internal prevention-based quality management system to ensure that all products meet the requirements specified in the contract, relevant norms, and standards.
When this document is referenced in the contract, it applies to the supplier, including all contractors or distributors. The quality plan will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the contract document, and when the requirements of this document are met, the products can be submitted for acceptance by the user.
