This document specifies the requirements for language learning services, including all services aimed at learners themselves and relevant stakeholders. The main characteristics of these services are clear learning objectives, evaluable services, and interaction with learners. Learning can be conducted in-person, through technological media, or a combination of both. This document only applies to language learning services provided by learning service providers, and does not include ancillary products (goods and services) or other language learning services provided to learners beyond language learning services.
