Scope
This document specifies the classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and accompanying documents and order forms for titanium and titanium alloy wire materials (hereinafter referred to as "wire materials") used in additive manufacturing. This document is applicable to wire materials with a diameter of 1.0 mm to 7.0 mm used for additive manufacturing powder production and printing purposes.
