Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and accompanying documents for nitride-based blue-green phosphors used in white LEDs. This document is applicable to nitride-based blue-green phosphors prepared by high-temperature solid-phase reaction, co-precipitation, or combustion methods. When excited by light sources with wavelengths of 350 nm to 480 nm, these phosphors emit blue-green light with wavelengths of 485 nm to 505 nm. This light, combined with the excitation source and other colors, forms white light, which is mainly used in the preparation of white LED lighting devices excited by violet/near-ultraviolet LED chips.
