Scope
This section specifies the definition, name, and general requirements of tapes made from long-filament polyester fibers on shuttleless looms. It also stipulates the specifications of their nominal thickness in combination with nominal width, etc. This section applies to nominal thickness ranges of 0.13 mm to 0.25 mm, nominal widths of 15 mm, 20 mm, and 25 mm, and polyester woven tapes supplied in non-nominal widths.
