Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of organic-inorganic compound fertilizers.
This standard applies to organic-inorganic compound fertilizers made by adding inorganic fertilizers to organic materials such as human and livestock and poultry manure, animal and plant residues, and agricultural product processing by-products after fermentation and harmless treatment. This standard does not apply to organic-inorganic compound fertilizers with added humic acid.
