This standard specifies the determination method of sodium propionate and calcium propionate in food by high-performance liquid chromatography.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of sodium propionate and calcium propionate in foods such as soybean products, raw and wet noodle products, bread, pastries, vinegar, soy sauce, etc.
