Scope

GB/T 39690的本部分规定了聚丙烯(PP)和聚乙烯(PE)回收混合物命名系统和分类基础。
本部分适用于聚丙烯(PP)和聚乙烯(PE)回收再循环的混合物，这些混合物是来自模压和挤出的消费品包装的柔性或刚性PP、PE材料。不适用于运输、处理或储存危险品的包装材料回收物。
本部分不适用于回收树脂和新树脂的混合物。
本部分不适用于含有特殊类型PE或PP的混合物，如PE-UHMW，TPO等。
PP和PE回收混合物的类型是通过基于以下指定性能水平的分类系统来区分的：
a)组分；
b)熔体质量流动速率；
c)密度；
d)颜色。
并不意味着具有相同命名的材料必然具有相同的性能。GB/T 39690的本部分不提供工程数据、性能数据或用于说明材料特定用途和/或加工方法所需的处理条件的数据。如果额外的性能数据是必需的，如可行，应按ISO 18263-2的规定测定。
